Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all XEXYMIX hangtags and hygiene liners are still intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
